University of Michigan Dental DDS, PhD
The fee of $34.00 includes the rental of the gown and hood trimmed in the appropriate degree velvet as well as the one-size cap and tassel, which are yours to keep as a souvenir. Extra dental (lilac) tassels may be ordered for $5.00 each. The school pays for the hood rental (Willsie Bills School). No web orders accepted after 4/3/09. To order after 4/3/09, student must contact Andy Gillespie at 888-678-4723. Please indicate your degree (DDS. PhD, MS) in the instruction box on the checkout screen. When filling in shipping address, use credit card billing address. Gown distribution information will be communicated to you from your school.

The fee of $49.50 covers the RENTAL OF THE MD GOWN AND HOOD, trimmed in green velvet, as well as the one-size cap and tassel, which are yours to keep as a souvenir. Extra MD Green tassels are available at $5.00 each. Order by March 20, 2009 to avoid a $10 late fee. Any orders placed after 3/20/09 must add a $10.00 late charge! Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene
For $27.00 you will be receiving a souvenir gown, collar, one-size cap with degree tassel. Extra lilac dental tassels are available for $5.00 each. No web orders accepted after 4/3/09.
